Of the Use of Case Studies in Distance Learning Methods

Due to the introduction of restrictive measures caused by the coronavirus pandemic, many universities were forced to switch to a distance learning format. The article analyzes the use of cases in distance learning methods. The main requirements for the case with this approach are defined. The advantages and disadvantages of case-based learning are determined. The author's algorithm of case-learning, which consists of several stages, is presented. © 2022 IEEE.

The article shows forms of learning, the major directions of development of distance learning, the differences between distance learning and the traditional one. The problems that students and teachers face in distance learning are distinguished. Analysis of approaches and principles to the formation of key risk indicators in construction

Coronavirus COVID-19, exchange rate dynamics and other macroeconomic factors make the risk of implementing projects in the construction sector quite high and require effective management. This article analyzes the concept of key risk indicators in the construction industry. Key risk indicators help identify threats. Thanks to this, measures to eliminate them are taken in advance. It was found that the choice of key indicators depends not only on risks, but also on the strategies and objectives of companies. Correspondence of key indicators to key strategies helps the leader to obtain the necessary information to more effectively achieve goals.

Analysis of the concept of the construction market and its segments in Russia

The epidemic of the coronavirus COVID-19 and the introduction of restrictive measures in many industries have given a negative path for the construction industry. The State Duma of the Russian Federation has not yet approved the draft strategy for the innovative development of the construction industry in the Russian Federation. The construction industry is experiencing another stage of the crisis. This determines the importance of monitoring and analyzing the concepts of the construction market and its main segments, because they largely determine the development policy of the Russian construction industry.
